Theme with customization text boxes

New to shopify, have not completed and opened my shop yet...

I have a few different options for each piece, and need different text boxes depending on the piece and the questions the customer needs to answer for the order. Is there a theme that I can use that allows customer input prior to the checkout that I can add my own headings to ?

You can do this without the need of an app but you would need to custom code this. You can try using this link: https://ui-elements-generator.myshopify.com/pages/cart-attribute to guide you in your creation.

Should you want someone to do it for you then we can assist on that.
