I realised my customer cannot proceed to checkout when keying Shipping address for Singapore. I am doing local delivery.
i.e. when the customer key in the address, Shopify will suggest certain addresses for Singapore, and if customer selected a suggested address from the drop down (see word doc attached), and the postal code doesnt auto populate as per the selected address, and when the customer manually keyed in the postal code.
then, the next page will show the following error of "This order cant be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information"
for those auto-populate postal code addresses, no issue.
I would suggest Shopify to update their database of Singapore addresses or allow manual key in of postal code to continue purchasing.
Please assist. it cause my customer a lot of inconveniences.
