Why can't I access the admin section of my online store?

Shopify Team -- 

The shop itself is live but, I am unable to login to the admin section or the support system for my store.

When I try to login to the admin, the login process works fine but see a page that says "Oops, something went wrong." and "This shop is unavailable:" with no other information.

Please suggest what should I do to recover my store.

This is Lana from Shopify.

From what you're describing it sounds like it could be a localised issue.
I recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps and see if they help:

• Clear your Google Chrome browser cache and cookies following these steps here.
• Reset your internet and try to access admin again
• Attempt to login from a different device i.e. if you're currently on mobile, try to access the store on desktop.

If you find that none of the above has worked, you may need to get in touch with our support here so we can take a closer look at this for you. The reason that I am redirecting you to that link is because we are not currently able to look into account details through the Shopify Community. In the meantime, you could also look into our Community post that details other possible reasons you may be unable to access your store.
