Unable to pick a plan for trial store

Hello,

I am trying to pick a plan for my shopify store after my trial has ended. When I click pick a plan, it takes me to a page saying the page could not be loaded due to a technical problem, and there is no way around it.

Could anyone please help? It seems like I am locked out of my store with no way to pay and all my work has disappeared.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We definitely want to get you signed back into your store. Many times we see issues like this are related to a browser cache and cookie error. If you haven't had a chance to do any local troubleshooting yet, please go through the list of steps I will include below and let me know if that resolves the problem for you:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, please close and reopen the browser.
  • Try on another web browser, and an incognito window to rule out any browser issues. 
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don't support every browser, but we do support these ones.)
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try on the on the Shopify Mobile app -this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device as these can interfere.
