Hi,

You'll need to delete that shipping rate as below:

Step 2

Step 2Step 2

For Paypal and other payment options, have you tried adding those payment providers in Settings > Payments (highlighted in yellow in the first screenshot)?

Hi Yes, is there a way to remove the shipping page. We only have 1 shipping option so this page is unnecessary. Thank you.

In that case, you can unselect "This is a physical product" from all products.

This will make that extra shipping page disappear but the downside is that you won't be able to send the tracking number to customers later.2020-12-31_12-45-41.png

Unnecessary for who? Even if you know there is only 1 shipping rate, you are not your customers.

It is imperative that customers are aware of what the shipping behavior is during the checkout process.

Merchants cannot modify the checkout pages unless the store is on a ShopifyPlus Enterprise plan.

And even if you could you would still be discouraged from hiding critical information.

The only general exception is digital goods with zero physical shipping.

Correct, but the shipping information appears on the checkout page. Just thinking of ways to improve the flow.

Pre purchase experience, post purchase experience are all better investments of time for small businesses.

Tweaking a checkout process for specific business models only works if their is a lot of money to burn on analytics and a/b testing that proves it with hard data.

Shopify is a billion dollar company, they've optimized the checkout flow already.

Hi, did you try the "physical product" setting?

But then how do they receive the product, wont this remove the delivery address?

You're right. Customers will be able to add only billing address in that
case.

@Alvarez8314 your going to want to make a separate topic with a clear title about the issue, do not misuse "URGENT" for non urgent things.

Make the post in the payments forum to increase your chances of getting a solution
