Venture Theme not adding Products to Cart

Hi!

We are using the Venture theme. When adding a product to the cart, it says it was added. But if you go to the cart in any way the item isn't there.

What can we do to fix this?

Could anyone help me? I thought with the Venture theme help was included.

Hi there! When did you start experiencing this issue? Was the theme modified or were any apps installed recently? Can you check if it works on a fresh copy of this theme?

We have been experiencing this for awhile. This theme has been modified very minimally and no new apps have been installed.

How can I get a fresh copy of this theme and then test it? Is there documentation for this somewhere?

Theme currently is:

Are you able to add the theme again from the Shopify themes store?

You can add it into your shop's themes, but don't need to publish it. Just preview the theme and try adding items to the cart.

Hi, Thanks for your response. When I preview the fresh theme the problem is resolved. What does this mean? What should I do?
