I'm helping a client and we are releasing a cookbook soon. I checked her site and all of her images are blurry.
She is using Canva to design recipes. I have tried to help by downloading them as 2048px x 2048px pngs but every time they are uploaded into Shopify, they compress down to 480x480 and are all blurry. I've even tried 4000px
What needs to be done? Do I need to change the code somewhere?
The image resolution is high and looks clear before inserting it into the blog post. I also tried to upload a higher resolution banner image for her but it always reduces the size and creates a blurry image.
Please help.
I've spent countless hours trying to figure this out for her. I thought it would be an easy fix by using higher pixel images.
