We are using the Debutify 2.0.2 theme and only have the help center app added so far. When you scroll down on the page in chrome, the banner image starts flashing white. Does anyone have any ideas? Chrome is probably struggling to re-draw the image as it moves, your image is massive at 4600px wide, this should be reduced as it's unlikely anyone will be visiting the website with a resolution of that size.
