Hi,

I seem to come across this problem currently. My website is loading properly on desktop, and android phones but not apple phones (safari).

I have used a recording app to see my customers behaviour in my store and I noticed that people who are using Apple devices will load up to a cropped website.

It looks like this for people who are using safari Screenshot 2020-10-28 223743.png

It should look like this instead Screenshot 2020-10-28 224119.png

My website is furrybesties.net

Thank you in advance for helping!

That's probably a problem of the app you use to record the screen. I just checked and it loads the site fully for me on iPhone 11 PRO with iOS 14 and also on my XS iOS14

Thanks for the quick reply.

It seems that if people who are directed to my product page via Facebook ads will face this problem.

Using facebook's In app Safari browser? That could be. I myself sometimes had problems with Instagram's in app safari showing pages in weird ways.

Is there any way to fix that problem?

You need to further investigate it. But if it is in app safari only when coming from facebook.. I fear that's a Facebook bug not much you can do to fix it.
