When I clicked on anything in the website, some .dms files are getting downloaded

I have been facing this issue from few hours. When I click on anything ( buttons, images etc) the following files are getting downloaded and when I clicked on the same button second website is navigating to the appropriate page. I have made small changes in few pages and I have reverted everything assuming that I might have made a mistake in some files which is causing this. Even after reverting the issue pursists. Any help ?

That's a very strange behavior. Does this occur on other websites? Have you tried using another browser to rule out that it could be a browser or browser extension issue?
