Why Google Counting Meta Refresh Redirect Error

I have a Shopify website https://altfree.com/, where I am getting the error "Meta Refresh Redirect". The code we have added is <noscript><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0;url=https://agechecker.net/noscript"></noscript> Why google counting this as an error. How can I fix this?
