If so, I recommend clearing your browser cache before trying to visit our Help Center again. If the same issue occurs after this, please try using a different supported browser like Chrome or Firefox. Using Chrome Incognito mode can also be helpful.

Thanks for getting back to me with these details. Since you're still getting these errors on Safari, it's likely this is a local issue that can be resolved with some more troubleshooting.
With this in mind, when you cleared your cache, did you also clear the cookies? If not, please go ahead and do this now.
Also, are you currently using a Mac computer? If so, I recommend updating the software by following these steps. If your software is already up to date, then please work through these steps to check to see if there's an available update for Safari.
