Hi, @CRagsdell

My name is Rae, and I work for Shopify. I appreciate you reaching out about this.

To confirm, does this error appear when you access our Help Center via this link

If so, I recommend clearing your browser cache before trying to visit our Help Center again. If the same issue occurs after this, please try using a different supported browser like Chrome or Firefox. Using Chrome Incognito mode can also be helpful.

This troubleshooting should resolve things, but if you continue to run into problems, please let me know.

In the meantime, I'm happy to help out with any questions or concerns you have about using Shopify, or whatever else you may be seeking help with. Feel free to just reply back to me here and I can certainly lend a hand.

Talk soon!

The error occurs when I use these links:

https://help.shopify.com/en

The links are found on this page:

This is what I get when I click them:

Safari Can’t Open the Page

The error is: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)”

Safari is the only browser I have available on this computer.

The error happened after clearing my cache.

Interestingly, the link to your "supported browser" in your reply throws a similar error!

Hi, @CRagsdell

Thanks for getting back to me with these details. Since you're still getting these errors on Safari, it's likely this is a local issue that can be resolved with some more troubleshooting.

With this in mind, when you cleared your cache, did you also clear the cookies? If not, please go ahead and do this now.

Also, are you currently using a Mac computer? If so, I recommend updating the software by following these steps. If your software is already up to date, then please work through these steps to check to see if there's an available update for Safari.

If this doesn't resolve things, some other steps I suggest trying are:

  • Using a mobile device to view these links
  • Downloading Chrome onto your computer and using this browser instead
  • Resetting your internet connection, or using a data connection when visiting these links

Let me know how this goes!
