To ensure that both your email address and .myshopify.com URL are being inputted correctly, you can enter your email address here and receive a list of any shops associated with that email address. If you haven't forgotten your password and are still unable to log in after double-checking all the characters are accurate, please share a screenshot of it here so that I can investigate the error for you further.
