change product price to include vat

Hi, using the Debut theme and would like to show the product price with VAT for catalogue/details/home pages.

Am looking how to do this as we ship to international customer who don't get charge VAT but local who are our main customers will. which is why i want to show vat to them.

but dose not seem to work on the debut theme?

how can i change the price to include 7% ?? 

this code dose not work
