Why can't I select country and region in Shopify checkout?

Hello.

I cannot enter the country and region.
Selection is not displayed.
Why it happens?
What to do? Please, help.

Hi, @avana

Typically this is due to not having shipping rates setup and/or shipping rates setup for certain locations/apps. The product you're testing the checkout with; can you open it in your admin? What location holds the inventory for the product? Once you know, you can head to Settings/Shipping and Delivery. Click on "Shipping Profiles" - You can then see if you have shipping profiles set up for the location your product inventory is located. 

If no shipping rates appear, then that would explain why you're unable to select a country. However; if you do have shipping rates setup for your locations, and you're unable to select a country, then let me know. I'd be happy to verify the store to review this further.

Thank you for writing. I cannot understand what the error is. it seems the
sheet and page in the collection have swapped places. but I'm not sure. I
will be grateful for the answer.

Hard to say without looking at the store. I suspect the navigation was set up incorrectly as that is typically the root cause of this type of issue. Could you share the URL to your collection page?
