Unfortunately without looking into your website we are unable to properly debug it and develop a custom solution for you.
My suggestion is that you set a password for your storefront and, once the changes are made, you can pick another password to preserve your store's privacy.
Alternatively you may want to hire a Shopify developer to get it fixed for you.
