fulfilment emails are not delivered to clients

hi there, i use a regular gmail email for my shopify store. it seems none of my clients are getting their tracking numbers. please help

Hi There!

A few things come to mind:

  • Are they getting their Order Confirmation email? If yes that means fulfilment is not triggering the email confirmation
  • Create a test order with your email and see if the fulfilment works
  • Check a previously fulfilled order and in the timeline below see if you find "Shipping confirmation was sent"

No problem, you can resend your customers a dispatch email if you want, although you will have to do it manually. You can do this by going to the mode in question and clicking the “Add Tracking tab”.

When you click the Add button, you will see new options open, where you will once again see the box to send a message to the client. When you click on the box and click Save, it will send a confirmation of sending or sending an email to the client.
