A few things come to mind:
No problem, you can resend your customers a dispatch email if you want, although you will have to do it manually. You can do this by going to the mode in question and clicking the “Add Tracking tab”.
When you click the Add button, you will see new options open, where you will once again see the box to send a message to the client. When you click on the box and click Save, it will send a confirmation of sending or sending an email to the client.
