how the dropshipping shipping fee works if one customer's multiple products in one order ?

Hi, I use Oberlo dropshipping app to do the dropshipping , if a customer orders products they are come from different suppliers, he will receive many packages from each of suppliers or one package ? in another word, suppliers will ship their products to our customer or Oberlo will receive them and ship out in one parcel? and also how about the shipping cost, it will count in one international shipping fee or count as several parcels shipping fee ?
