messages sent from our store flagged as SPAM

everyday we get messages from customers on our store but 90%+ are automatically flagged as SPAM even if they are legit messages. I have been working with Shopify and Microsoft (Exchange mail) for months and the problem still persists.

I have added shopify to the whitelist and even enforced all emails sent to our inbox to not be controlled by Exchange so it seems that it's Shopify mailer that still flags them.


Anyone else having this issue?
