please i need help ASAP my store just opened 20 min and my deliveries are not connecting

Thank you for reaching out to the forums for help with your online store checkout! Congratulations on launching your store, although I can definitely understand your concern if your checkout isn't showing eligible shipping rates. 

A few things to check and some steps you can apply in the interim to allow customers to check out. In your store admin go to Settings > Shipping to check these options:

  • First, to see if this is an issue with how your rates are being calculated with any conditions you might have, you can go to Settings > Shipping > Manage Rates and add a flat rate shipping fee with no conditions (estimate your shipping costs if possible or choose something around $5-$10) and test the checkout. If this rate shows up, we know it is then an issue with any conditions we have applied to the existing shipping rates. 
  • When you manage the rates in your shipping profile, scroll to the bottom of the rates page and check to make sure that you have shipping rates for ALL locations you ship from. Drop shipping apps are considered a location and need to be included. 
  • From the main Settings > Shipping page, double check your default package size and default package weight to see if they are setup properly. The checkout uses this to calculate weight or shipping provider rates at the checkout.

From the Products page in your admin, select all products then the "Edit Products" button to open the bulk editor. This will allow you to quickly check all your products for any inventory issues. You can add columns to the bulk editor to quickly see these different options:

  • Check that your products do not have the "shipping not required" option checked off on them.
  • Check the weights of all your products and ensure they are accurate (or set to 0, whichever you are using).
  • Check their fulfillment location matches where you are shipping from.
