I recognized that around 4-14% of the products included in CSV were not updated, but didn't get any error message in the popup or the email summary.

I tried to get products that were updated before a datetime via API ( 2021-04 version: products.json?updated_at_max=2021-05-06T16:15:47-04:00&status=activefields=id,Variant_SKU) but it returned 0 results.
I would need to urgently update the prices but the support failed to provide me the solution in the last 24 hours.
