"OR" Boolean logic in customer search

I know I can add query criteria for orders into the URL. For example, I can do the following for return everyone that has ordered on or before Aug 21:
https://add-your-store-here.myshopify.com/admin/customers?order_date_max=2020-08-21

I know I can also do the following to get those that have ordered exactly 2 times:
https://add-your-store-here.myshopify.com/admin/customers?orders_count=2

I even know I can do an AND by the following to say "those whose last order was on or before Aug 21 AND have ordered exactly 2 times":
https://add-your-store-here.myshopify.com/admin/customers?order_date_max=2020-08-21&orders_count=2

How can I do an OR condition?

If you wonder why I'm doing this it's because I want to create a real query that will be like the following (latest order is 2020-08-21 OR haven't ordered):

https://add-your-store-here.myshopify.com/admin/customers?order_date_max=2020-08-21&orders_count=0

It seems this should be a pretty simple addition to the query, but adding %20OR%20 and other combinations don't seem to work.

Thanks in advance!
