"Sold Out" contact form not working

I currently have my inventory on my page as "sold out" and have set up the "sold out" contact form where they "add to cart" button would typically be. When emails are submitted, I usually get an email instantly, but since yesterday, when an email address is submitted, I'm either not receiving the notification via email at all or it is significantly delayed. I've tried troubleshooting but anything I do doesn't seem to solve the problem. Please help.
