This post is a part of a larger thread that includes current known issues & required permissions to successfully connect to the Facebook Channel. You can find the Table of Contents for all required permissions here.

You may see the "Your Request couldn’t be Processed" warning message when you are trying to finalize the onboarding steps and accept the terms agreement.

This issue is either local to the device you are using or is caused by a Facebook-side issue. Most updated browsers have a setting that prevents cross-site tracking; turning off this feature has corrected the issue for most users.

If you are using Safari

  • On your computer, open Safari.
  • Go to Preferences.
  • Open Privacy and make sure this field is not checked

04-28-8flul-zcxstIf you are using Chrome:

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More and then Settings.
  • Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
  • Turn Send a "Do not track" request with your browsing traffic on or off.
  • Make sure this setting is disabled

Once you've disabled the above setting in your browser, please try to connect your Facebook Page in your Shopify admin as normal to see if this allows you to bypass the loop.
