Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your third party domain. Shopify Support is more limited in assisting you because every provider is different that is why we always recommend contacting the place you purchased your domain for support. Are your Cname and A records correct? Can you send a screenshot of them from your domain providers DNS settings?
