Are you still seeing a yellow banner that says "Verify your email address" under Online Store > Domains in your admin? If so, there should be a button that says "Resend email", allowing you to try verifying again.
If this is the process that you already followed to verify the domain and the banner no longer appears, please let me know whether there is a specific error message appearing either in your admin or your browser when you try to visit the store.
