Liquid, JavaScript, themes, sales channels
hi guys,
I need to integrate a 3rd party custom tracking pixel (using 1x pixel <img> method) in Checkout Additional Scripts.
planted the <img> pixel, however, the <img> tag fired inconsistently, sometimes it fired ok, the remote endpoint received all the data,
but sometimes it doesn't trigger at all when customer reached the Thank You page.
We tested with desktop and mobile browser, it seems like the trigger rate is much higher for desktop browser, but for mobile, it often missed, in kinda random way.
for the exact same <img> code, when view-source on Thank You page, sometimes <img> show up, sometimes nothing at all.
anybody experienced similar inconsistent behaviour?
btw, if you guys got a better, proven alternative, pls suggest.
Thanks.
