unable to connect 3rd party domain

I have purchased .si domain from my provider. 

I tried to connect my new domain to shopify but with no succes. I watched shopify youtube steep by steep instructions and I don't understand some things. 

Instructions says that you should set your DNS settings:

A record should point to shopify IP address 23.227.36.65

and 

CNAME record should have shops.myshopify.com 

Shouldn't bouth IP address and url address be uniqe to my site? 23.227.36.65 and shops.myshopify.com are shopify generic addresses.

What you have would be correct as every domain would need to point to 23.227.38.65 for the "A" record, and shops.myshopify.com for the "Cname" record. These records do not need to be unique to your store as there can only be one version of your domain name which means the domain itself acts as the unique identifier. Once you have added the records you will need to wait up to 24 hours before they can be seen publicly. If 24 hours have passed and you're still having issues connecting the domain then you'll want to reach out to the domain manager to ensure the records were added correctly.
