Shoify Domain transfer

 I copy the Auto Code for Domain Transfer by Shopify ,  then i want to put it in the other domain company but i get the number null. I can not see the code 

How I can get the Auto Code for Domain in Shopify. I bought the Domain with Shopify. Thanks in advanced

@Kenanah you're trying to transfer a domain away from shopify, is that correct?

The instructions you can find here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/os/domains/managing-domains/advanced-settings#transf... – you seem to still have trouble. Can you provide more details? Screenshots of error messages or sources of what site is asking you for an "Auto Code" (do you mean an "Auth Code"?) What top-level domain are you trying to transfer?
