Shopify banned me from using their payment gateway because of "pseudo pharmaceuticals". I'm not gonna go more details into this, but let just say their support is terrible, and I'm not the only who pissed off. An example of it is here
Long story short, the 2% additinal charge are killing me, so I'm looking for a different platform that also support dropship from aliexpress. Do you have any recommendation?
Shopify doesn't set the rules on pseudo pharm products - rather enforces it. This rule comes much further up the line from card vendors (Visa/Mastercard). Even if you moved to another platform you'll still hit the same issue if those cards are involved.
Authorize.net is one gateway that will allow them (also happens to be owned by Visa)
Thanks. According to my research, it's actutually Stripe who set those rules. People already successed with different payment gateway. Some said that most payment gateway allowed it. Only paypal pro and Stripe restrict sellers. I saw many online shop selling the same items without any problem (both on Shopify and others).
I refer bigcommerce app AliExpress Dropshipping where you can easily import products into your bigcommerce store with ease.
If you want to continue with shopify further then you can refer to Dropshipmate app where you can import products from 18+ supplier sites. It can also import Product Reviews.
All the Best...
