Change product to Out of Stock if supplier product page isn't live

What the title says.  I have a supplier that removes the product webpage when a product is out of stock.  Is there any way to coordinate this with my debut shopify page?  If it is out of stock at the supplier (webpage not available), then I would like it to be out of stock on my shopify page. Thanks.

No it isn't.  It's a single standalone site.
