Thanks for reaching out! :)
There are two things I can suggest, the first is a slower route, however it will also get the job done: SEO. If you work on your SEO, there's a higher chance people will end up at the site through searches on Google, Bing, etc. The other way would be to get into marketing/advertising with your website. I would suggest KIT, they do fanastic work!

I hope this helps, have a wonderful day!

Hi Carrie !
Selling on eBay can be easy but can also be a pain. It all depends on what you sell and how you sell it.
Are you in a particular niche where there isn't a big competition or there's also hundreds of products like yours ?
Are your prices higher or lower than other seller ?
What about your pictures, do they look professionnal ?
Do you use the generic pictures from the supplier or you use your own pictures ?
Using your own pictures makes you stand out and will help increasing your sales.
What about your item description, is detailled and looks professionnal ? You can buy an ebay listing template for 10-50$, it's a good investments as it makes you look way more professionnal and trustworthy.
There's a lot of other questions you could ask yourself but this a place to start.
Good luck !
