Ebay not syncing orders or inventory

Shopify stopped syncing orders 20 days ago.  It constantly complains the ebay account is not connected.  I constantly refresh ebay credentials, but still nothing is working.

Not really sure what else to do.  I reinstalled the ebay App to shopify.  No change.

Should I disconnect and reconnect?

This sales channel is actually fully supported by eBay themselves, so there is not a lot we can tell you here in terms of troubleshooting. :)
