FTP Require for Drop Shipping Inventory

Hi,

We have a shoe store setup on Shopify and one of our OEM Supplier wants to have an FTP account from us so they can upload and share a list of inventory that we can upload to our website. What is the best way to do that and also how I can create and where I can access my FTP account.
