Fulfill App --> sending Tracking ID automatically from txt-file to Shopify

Dear people,

I receive a txt-file from the fulfiller with the Tracking ID, but the tracking ID stands below the line items and therefore will always be in a different line of the document.

Do you know any app that can work with that?

Apart from that I'd like to know if there is any app that can process various orders/Tracking-IDs in one file.
