I know this is from an post for 2 years ago but are you able to still help with this. I have customers with drop shipping packages and I'm shipping them through ePacket but it's difficult for me to read the tracking, so I definitely don't want to send that information to my customers with them questioning the product authenticity or wanting a refund. Can you help with this?

Not all USA customers do not like China products. Only a few do not buy from China. Most of the customers love China products since it is worth for the price.
But do not mention anywhere in the product description like Shipping from USA or USA Made Products.
Mention like Due to High Demand, Please Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Make sure your products are unique and the problem-solving one which is not available in local markets.
