Integrated Fulfillment tracking and syncing app

Hello to whom it may concern, 

I am looking for an app that can sync multi-distributors with inventory quantities and communicate with third-party distributors that inventory has been pulled. I have searched for apps but couldn't find anything. I'm sure there is an automotive fulfillment application that can integrate logistics. Is there such an app?

Yes, I did. I found one application called "Location-Based Fulfillment" not sure if it has the capabilities I need.
