So I drop-ship flowers through wholesalers to my clients. Problem is, they are BAD about sending me tracking.....so my clients email and say "When are my flowers getting here???" on the regular. Which makes me have to email my wholesalers, wait for a response, etc. Is there an app or a way they can get an auto-email for them to update this info? That will then go to the client?
If your suppliers use Mothership to manage their drop shipping operation, then you can configure the Mothership Connect app to automatically notify your customers whenever an order is fulfilled. The notification includes the tracking number.
