I am a manager for Town’s Kingdom book store, having 3 books and video stores across the Toronto, and it is very difficult to manage the 3 stores at a time. Our books store already had OPAC software for easy book searching for customers and staffs. But I have to go through the stores for check out the sales. I have a busy schedule so, it is difficult to have a look at the other stores. My friend suggest to install Retail Management System from Multiflex Solutions for Retail, Markham (https://multiflexrms.com), it is possible to get the daily report about the sales and can monitor the daily reports. But I am little concerned about the software activities that do I need to maintain the software? Do I need to integrate other software applications along with the RMS? Anyone familiar with the RMS? I would like to get the reviews for RMS.
