My order process is:
1) Client places an order
2) I order the product from a partner
3) Partner sends the product to the client
Sometimes there are long periods between p. 1, p. 2. and p. 3
So, when I should change the status to Fulfilled?
Now I assumed, to set it when I receive information from partner, the product is shipped (p. 3)
But it means I see in Shopify a lots of Unfulfilled orders. It looks like I still have something to do, while I don't.
Should i set to fulfilled on step 3 like i assumed, or on step 2 - when I order the product from partner, and have nothing more to do?

When you get the tracking information can change the status as Fulfilled.
