lets say you have a product that can dropship from united states and from china can you set it up so someone ordering from the united states will get the product from that U.S warehouse while everyone else ordering from outside the U.S will get there's from china via epacket?

Normally USA warehouse supplier ships to the USA. Shipping from the USA to other countries is too high when compared to Shipping from China to other countries.

Aliexpress sellers have an option like Ships from the USA or Ships from China.
