resell samsung and iphones?

I have a problem.

I was gonna use shopify to resell phones. Iphone, samsung and others.
Now shopify say i cant sell those phones on shopify since its protected by those companys. i could only resell if i had a permit from samsung, apple, etc and im not going to get that.

Is this correct?

Shopify is right.  You must be an Authorised reseller to Samsung & Apple.
