Accounting and Inventory Software

I'd like to ask what's the accounting and inventory software that Shopify normally work with in Malaysia? Anyone familiar with SQL, an accounting software in Malaysia? Is Shopify interface with SQL software? If not, how can I do if I wish to use SQL software with Shopify, is there any third party or vendor able to help on this matter?
