Accounting app/software linked to Shopify, Amazon, banks, Paypal...

Hi!

I am looking for a bookkeeping app/software to replace my good old free Excel, that could synchronize automatically with Shopify and Amazon sales, and that can download automatically bank data (especially Carver Bank) and PayPal..?

Completely get what you mean, time to move from Excel. There are a few different account app options in the Shopify app store, let's take a look at the most popular ones below:

• Xero - The Xero app is free to install but you do need a plan with Xero outside of Shopify to connect the app and your store. 
• Quickbooks - Similar to the Xero app, you do need a plan outside of Shopify to connect with Quickbooks with your store, but there is a once off installation fee for it too. 

These apps are definitely the most popular and there are subtle differences between them. It might be worth your while taking a look through these apps and reaching out to the app developers directly with any particular questions.
