What is the best option to keep the accounts of a store in Shopify?

There are a few options for keeping your accounts with Shopify! The most efficient and popular way is through the use of our integrated apps. I will include the 2 most popular below, there is the Xero app and teh quick books one also. You can use one of these great systems to keep your books and it will link directly to your Shopify store and consolidate your accounts automatically!
