Add Inc GST to price

Id like to add 2 prices to each product. Primary price that says Exc GST and a secondary "in grey colour" price that says Inc GST. like the below.

We also need a way for customers to be able to add a Purchase Order Number/information at checkout that comes through with their order. 

Is the above possible?
