Add pawn as a separate Position in the cart

Hello,

I am building a shop to sell craft beer in Germany. It is required by law, that the pawn has to be a separate position in the cart / bill. An example: 

The price for a bottle is 2€ included pawn and taxes. If someone adds the bottle to the cart, there are two positions:

1. Bottle..... 1,75€
2. Pawn......0,25€   (Pawn is always 0,25€ per added bottle)

The question is now, how can i add something like this in Shopify? I‘ve been looking quite a while for a solution, but unfortunately haven’t found one yet.
