After i deactivated it a month a go it still charges my. how to delete my store completely

Their you will get the refund.

Hi there, @yujesh. Are you certain the store was completely closed, or perhaps it was paused? 

In this case, I would advise reaching out to our live support team who can investigate the bills and see what is going on here. Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the "ask about a topic" bar, then hit continue to support to access.
