Anyone trying to integrate Shopify with Quickbooks Online?

After attempting to migrate to Shopify while using Quickbooks Desktop (I'm using a Mac, so the integration options have been overly complicated) I finally relented to trying Quickbooks Online.  

I'm looking at the integration apps available for Shopify-->QB Online and so far I'm only seeing apps that primarily integrate the sales data only with QBO, however I'm not really seeing integration for inventory adjustments (sending journal entries for changes in Inventory Asset in response to purchase orders for new stock received or other changes to inventory such as shrinkage or Physical Inventory counts)  

Has anyone figured out the best route to integrate inventory asset between Shopify & QB Online?

I also switched to QBO because the QB rep told me it would work better with Shopify.  WRONG AGAIN!  It made the nightmare worse.  I quickly switched back to QB Desktop.  But I honestly don't think that desktop will be supported very much longer.  They have said that they are focusing resources on the online version only and they are pushing it really hard.  Unfortunately, the writing is on the wall for what's to come.  I've been using desktop for over 25 years, and I hated the online version.

We use a shopify website and a what's called Shoplink intagrater app that shift orders from our website right into QBS Desktop.  Works flawless! 

I really could use a Shopify specialist.  Tired of have to play the chat game. I want to go back to phone conversation.

The Quickbooks integrator app is terrible. I ended up paying for the Bookkeep app but still needed to hire a person I found through Shopify experts who set it up for me. Now everything connects nicely. I manage inventory with Shopify's Stocky app and not in QB Online.
