Hi Shopify Team

 

I have been charged twice for using only one store. The old store I already cancelled the plan. Now I want to log in but it declines my log in and I lost all my information on my old phone. So can you please help me log into my old shop so I can cancel the plan there? I got charged twice for a few months now.
